Pretty easy to follow. Done mine sunday morning and is a lot better. All I would say is take time, keep checking the clearances and adjust in very small increments.
Done mine this morning, few notes for D series engines:
Inlet gap is 0.2 mm Exhaust is 0.25mm
To set top dead centre turn the cam anti-clockwise until the up arrow is up, then there is a notch in the bottom of the cam pulley that should line up with a notch on the top of the bottom cam belt cover.
Oh and remeber to take your ratchet off of the bottom pulley or you will crap your pants when you try to start it! Lesson learned, thought i had snapped the cambelt!!!
