All in all a good day.
Thanks to Jamie for organizing, and to all who made the effort to come along.

And I think I speak for everyone when I say, Silverstone is a vast improvement over Castle Coombe.

Just needs to be a bit warmer, and more toilets.

I had a great day and thanks goes out to Jamie for organising it and to all who turned up...
Was good to see all the Old faces and a few new ones, long may it continue...

I spoke to a couple of people who had Sols that were either in the garage or as they said not up to the standard of the ones at the meet.. To me it doesn't matter what state you think your car is in you should come along and talk face to face with members and swap ideas and then everyone benefits ....
Thanks goes out to Karl for putting me up on Saturday night :D :D

And Luke you were right... The sun did come out when we left you all on your lonesome in search of the missing ladies who had probably already frozen their t*ts off...

Roll n the next meet 8) 8)

I attended the show, but unfortunately i couldn't bring my del sol for numerous of reasons, i did however visit the stand and i must say (once i had found the stand, first time attending) the del sol's that were on display were impressive. Definitely inspired me and given me ideas on a few modifications. It also looked like everyone was supportive of each other and friendly, the club my boyfriends car was on, they were rude and didn't even acknowledge us.

As said previously great show and thanks to Jamie for organising. I've been attending shows with dsuk for 4 years now and the turnout of cars is getting better every year. Nice to see more people showing the love for our little beauties.
Good to have japfest at Silverstone, my only criticism would be track viewing needs to be looked at, possibly opening more grandstands. With Coombe you did tend to get a better feel for the track action being closer and less fencing.
Otherwise great show and look forward to the next one with sunshine this time.

Just me that drove 6 hours, completely missed the fact that the camping wasn't actually at silverstone, got lost trying to find the campsite but when I did was too late to get in, so went back to a friends house an hour away, slept in and couldn't be bothered adding another 100+ miles to my 350 mile trip home so just ditched the show
