HI all have been a member on here for ages and have never really said a lot but always loved del sols i bought my first one at 17 and drove that for a year but then my insurance went up massively so i had to sell but always missed it and knew i would have another one sooner or later here is a brief history of my cars now to then. A civic next All my mates are VAG enthusiasts peer pressured me into buying a polo after i sold the civic
But finally i have ended with a delsol again which has a really good spec but is pretty rotten i have plans to bring her back to her former glory i work in a garage and next door is a classic car specialist welders we do jobs for them and in return we help each other out. Here is how she stands now
the car has gone through quite a few changes...
simmos carbon bonnet went on last week had massive scratches in so got them out Got it on and looking sexy
anyway thoughts and comments welcomed roll on japfest

Nice job on that bonnet hope this build goes well I sort of sometimes wish I'd waited for an SiR to come up but after missing out on a couple I settled for a VTI
my silver sol is some where in Leicester i think stuart i miss it now cheers for the comments the next big work will be welding i ideally want a respray and new seats but that will be well down the line.
havent been on here for a while but slowly making my del sol better i bought this and will hopefully have it running soon also have loads of welding to do :S and then turbooo powwwer will be getting rid of the tacky twin exit that sticks out by 6 inches.

I wouldnt worry about going too low boost. With decent management (absolutely essential) you can run a bar easily. Its all in the mapping and the quality of your engine management. I recommend Hondata S300
The Sol has passed on but its 370bhp heart is soon to live on in a MK2 CRX track car
298.7whp (350-370bhp) + 220wtrque @ .9BAR GT3071r with more to come on the new build
