Changed the dizzy cap and rotor arm after nearly ten years, lol that bitch of a screw was stuck in so ended up destroying the old rotor arm to get it out. Was pretty much spotless inside, which is good.
Changed the oil\filter and cambelt this morning as my old belt was a little scored because of my ghetto cam cover, also cut the cam cover again to stop it from munching through another belt still ghetto job though, lol. For the first time I think I've set the tension on this belt perfect,, its been near impossible to get any tension in the belt on this motor, I've maxed out the tension spring tried all sorts and it flaps around like a good un hence the damage thats occured. I'm hoping after 4 years that its spot on, will know tomorrow as after cutting the cam cover I had to give it a full clean to get rid of any shards of engine killer.
Tomorrow I have to attach my flare holder\ecu cover and sort the carpet out as I now have some Honda clips, re attach the rocker cover and fill her up with some Super for Thursday. Might get around to giving the engine bay a birthday but as the whole car is looking monkey pile because of the lack of bodywork by the body shop its not going to win any awards!
