Transtop problem ....

Hi guys. Im the new with Transtop and i have a problem. Before couple of days i bought Del Sol ESI TransTop and he didnt working. When i going inside all windows is closed (and working fine) no have indication on dashboard pull handbrake start the engine, unlock the roof (no have beep) and when i push the button... nothing (no beep no moving nothing ...). The boot is working but just with key. On RCU having Error Code 3 this is tilter unit but the tilter cogs is in good condition. I reset the battery fuses is OK and i dont know what is the problem please HELP !!!...

Are the cogs all aligned? You used to get the beeping when the handles are unlocked?

You should get beeping when either one of these latches are unlocked, that suggests a problem, unlikely that both have failed at the same time but worth a check as its easy enough with a tester.

No wet in anywhere? Especially the boot?

There's no leak nowhere wet everything is normal. can I test manually see what happens but I doubt not work. None of the locks does not beep. If I can make a video and you let him see.

Today I try with manual kit and tilter is working no have problem and after that when I pushing the button hear one Click from boot what will be do the problem ? Please help me

Check the wires behind the cogs. I have the same problem now. I checked them and a wire had come loose. Just needs to be soldered back on and should work.
