Power Steering (?) noise

Hi, how is everyone doing?

I have a whining sound coming from the right side of my engine bay which changes if I rev the engine up or if I turn the wheel left or right so I suspect it's a power steering problem.

Additional details that might help identifying the problem for the more experienced:
Oil is up to max, however, I read that if the oil is not OEM Honda that might be a problem. I don't know if it is, I just recently bought the car and I didn't ask about it ( I know I'm stupid why I didnt ask?!)
I haven't checked if there is air in the system yet.
I read that a blown O-ring might be the cause of this also.
I do not think I have to replace the whole pump/ PS unit because the power steering working just fine, it's just the sound, I know it's not healthy...but at least this is the only issue I have with the car.
