What is Japfest?Japfest is an annual event that DelsolUK have attended for many years. Its a great day spent with like minded enthusiast looking at Japanese machinery from across the globe in club display areas and the show will be packed full with the finest Japanese cars. There is also many trade stands and track time!
Its Also a great chance for you guys who have not attended an event with DelsolUK to meet us and put some names to faces! were are a friendly bunch and it would be great for you attend with us and fly the Delsol Flag! if you dont have a Delsol (like me

Japfest 2019 will be held at the iconic Silverstone circuit in Northamptonshire! on
Sunday 5th May 2019.Track TimeIt is possible to take your car on the iconic circuit of Silverstone. You will need to book track time tickets at the same time as booking your Entry / Club ticket. Full details of the track sessions can be found

HERECamping:Why not make a weekend out of Japfest and camp over? We’re offering the chance to camp at the event. Forget the early morning journey, and wake up on site feeling refreshed and ready for an epic day at the show! Plus enjoy our evening entertainment which will be provided on Saturday night for those of you staying on-site. Camping is available to book in advance as part of our weekend ticket or you can buy these on the gate.
Campers can arrive from 12.00 on the Saturday 4th May to set up camp. The last entry for camping is at 10.00pm.
Tickets and Prices:If you’ve been before and you receive an email from the organisers offering discounted tickets if you book before a certain date. Please DO NOT use this offer as it means you won’t get a stand pass. Same applies for buying tickets from the Japfest website. You will only get a stand pass if you book your ticket through the link that i have provided, and with our club password.
Club Advanced Tickets - Includes entry to the show, stand pass and free Japfest T-Shirt £25 + booking fee.
TWO children aged 14 and under can enter for FREE with each paying adult. Additional children £5 each
Admission valid for one adult,

Your tickets and stand passes will then be emailed directly to you from the organisers. You will need to print these off and bring with you to gain entry to the event.
Please only book your tickets this way. Doing it any other way will mean you pay more, and wont have stand space with us.
Please also complete the booking form that I will send you via pm.
The cut-off date for bookings is
9th April 2019!If you haven’t booked your club stand ticket by then, you won’t have a place on our stand. I'm sorry but there is no way around this!
Please don't put your name down unless you're definitely coming. The deadline will soon come around but will give the majority of us a good few paydays before then!
