Stand Location and CampingWith this year seeing the first time at the new Venue of Newark Showground, our grandfather rites an usual JAE has been lost. We have however managed to secure a good spot at the new venue next to the S2000 owners club as per usual. For those who haven't attended before, we have a great relationship with these and and party with them most nights
Our stand is located in the upper part of the red UMIHOTARU area
VenueThis year will see the first time at the new venue of Newark Showground in Nottinghamshire. We haven't been to this venue as yet so can't really comment to much on the venue but more information can be found on the
Newark Showgrounds WebsiteMe and Luke (solman) will be attending the reps meet in April at the new venue so we will be able to update once we can comment more on the venue.
Other InfoThere will also be the usual inter club activities all weekend and the now traditional fancy dress on the Saturday night, the theme for which will be discussed in another thread. The fancy dress has proved so popular over the last few years that there will now be an official fancy dress competition on the Saturday night.
A full breakdown of everything about Japanese Auto Extravaganza can be found on the
JAE WEBSITE , but please only book your tickets through me.
Speed BumpsFor those who have attended in previous years at Wickstead Park, speed bumps at the venue were an issue for some. This year have been assured the new venue is lowered car friendly with no speed bumps at all so you will won't need to worry about damage to your car!
