We are now booking for Japfest 2015!
Apologies this is later then normal, this is due to no final details been released from the organisers until now!
Japfest will be held at the usual venue of Castle Combe on Saturday 16th May 2015.
Please put your name down ASAP if you want to attend. I'll maintain the list in the first post on this thread so you don't need to keep cutting and pasting. Before you put your name down please take a moment to read the Event Booking FAQs.
Please don't put your name down unless you're definitely coming. The deadline will soon come around but will give the majority of us a good few paydays before then!
If you’ve been before and you receive an email from the organisers offering discounted tickets if you book before a certain date. Please DO NOT use this offer as it means you won’t get a stand pass. Same applies for buying tickets from the Japfest website. You will only get a stand pass if you book your ticket through me.
The cost of a ticket and stand pass is £25 for a driver and a car and you can bring up to 3 passengers for free
(which could be interesting in a sol!
). There is also FREE entry for up to two children aged 14 & under when accompanied by a paying adult, additional children are £5 each.
I will send out ALL tickets ahead of the event so you need to add an additional £2.00 for recorded delivery. Tickets are usually sent out to me a couple of weeks before the event and I’ll send them on to you straight away so you should receive them in good time.
Once you have put your name down I’ll send you a booking form. One booking form per car please. Please complete the details carefully making sure you include your postcode, and return it to me ASAP. Your booking won’t be confirmed until I receive your payment. I don't need details of any passengers you are bringing.
Prices and How to Pay

If you want to pay by cash or cheque please PM me and I'll send you the address to post your payment to.
Please note that there is NO flexibility in getting extra stand space after the form has gone in. The organisers will only accept one form per club so we need to get it right first time. There will be no extensions to the booking deadline and anyone missing it won't be able to have their car on the stand. Unfortunately there is no way around this.
The cut-off date for bookings is midnight on Sunday 1st March.
If I haven’t received a booking form AND payment by then, then you won’t have a place on the stand.
Track Time
Track time is available now and you will need to book this with the organisers directly. Places fill up VERY quickly so early booking is recommended. If we wait for a group session then we'll be too late. There have been all sorts of mix ups over the last couple of years so I can’t stress strongly enough that you need to book your space ASAP.

Other Information
Please note that there is no camping available on site so you'll need to make your own arrangements for somewhere to stay before/after if required.
