in that case i would like a price on the rear lcas and the rear shocks please. not bothered about springs ta :) £25 for the shocks and £20 for lcas (+ delivery). Not sure if I can remove the springs as I don't have spring clamps at present, unless I remove them ghetto style :lol: :twisted:. ...

It is pretty thin and flimsy but it's considerably less flimsy than the air currently connecting the two sides

It looks like it's more designed for holding the upright in place but I guess any bar connecting 2 separate parts together will make it a bit 'stronger'. A real 'strut' brace should go from the very top of one strut to the other, hence, strut brace. You can get some pretty cool rear ones that fit ...

6-10psi is fine on stock internals as long as it's tuned properly!
